“Swachha Mysore Swastha Jeevana”
The 17th week “Swachha Mysuru Swastha Jeevana” programme was held on 28th May
in and around Hebbal, Lakshmikanthanagara and Subramanyanagar.
Swami Atmajnanandaji Maharaj, Adhyaksha, Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mysuru, Sri D Madegowda, EX MLC, Sri Shivanna, local corporator inaugurated the campaign.
Volunteers visited houses and requested the residents to take care of surrounding public places as they take care of their houses.
200 committed volunteers, 25 corporation cleaning staff and 50 local residents overall 275 people participated in the cleaning and awareness campaign. Brochure on “Swachha Mysuru Swastha Jeevana” was distributed to houses in the locality.
