I am unable to lead spiritual life. I will follow for 3 days after that I am unable to follow. Every time it happens I don't know what to do.

Read the books of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda which will guide you in your spiritual path.
Remember, it's perfectly normal to face challenges on the spiritual path. Be patient with yourself, persevere, and take small steps each day towards helping your spiritual life.

Set a time, at least, an hour morning and evening for yoga and meditation. This will help you observe your mind and cultivate inner peace.
Start by dedicating some time to reading inspiring books that uplift your mind and soul. You can also make your daily tasks an offering to the divine by performing them with mindfulness and devotion. Helping others, whether it's your family, friends, or neighbors, is a powerful form of spiritual practice—selfless service (seva) connects you to the greater good and deepens your spiritual journey.
Every moment can become spiritual when done with love, care, and awareness. May your day be filled with peace and spiritual fulfillment.
