I am unable to lead spiritual life. I will follow for 3 days after that I am unable to follow. Every time it happens I don't know what to do.

Maintaining a consistent spiritual practice can be challenging at the beginning. Spiritual path is a gradual process, and setbacks are a natural part of the spiritual journey. Through patience and practice one will gradually achieve consistency. Swami Vivekananda says,"Every work has got to pass through hundreds of difficulties before succeeding. Those that persevere will see the light, sooner or later"
Read the books of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda which will guide you in your spiritual path.
Remember, it's perfectly normal to face challenges on the spiritual path. Be patient with yourself, persevere, and take small steps each day towards helping your spiritual life.
