Swachcha Mysuru 19th Week

​ “Swachha Mysore Swastha Jeevana” The 19th week “Swachha Mysuru Swastha Jeevana” programme was held 11th June 2017 in and around Mathurananagar, Metagalli, B M Srinagar, Karakushalanagar, Ambedkar Jnanaloka, Jayadevanagar and Lokanayakanagar. Swami Atmajnanandaji Maharaj, Adhyaksha, Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mysuru, Sri D Madegowda, Ex MLC and Sri M Ramesh, local corporator inaugurated the campaign. Volunteers visited houses and requested residents not to throw their waste in public places and avoid using plastic bags. They were also requested to take care of their surrounding public places as they take care of their houses. 200 committed volunteers, 25 corporation cleaning staff and 30 local residents overall 255 people participated in the cleaning and awareness campaign. Brochure on “Swachha Mysuru Swastha Jeevana” was distributed to houses in the locality.
