“Swachha Mysore Swastha Jeevana” The 28 th week “Swachha Mysuru Swastha Jeevana” programme was held on 27.08.2017 in K G Koppal covering K G Koppal 1to 4 th cross, Railway gate road, Pampapathi road, New Kantharaja urs Road and Geetha Road. Sri D Madegowda, Ex MLC, and Sri Balu, local corporator inaugurated the campaign. Volunteers visited houses and requested residents not to throw waste in public places, avoid using plastic bags and take care of their surrounding public places. 150 committed volunteers, 10 local residents overall 160 people participated in the cleaning and awareness campaign. Brochure on “Swachha Mysuru Swastha Jeevana” was distributed to houses in the locality.
